Your Role

We are looking for a talented, thoughtful and highly motivated accountant; someone who is comfortable assessing AND proactively changing current processes to help create a more efficient finance function. You must be comfortable and confident actively communicating with employees as well as customers and vendors. This role reports directly to the CFO.

As an early member of a growing team, you must possess a strong work ethic and be upbeat, driven, intelligent, well-organized, articulate, share a passion for learning new technologies, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Note that this job is fully remote for the near future, though is expected to be a hybrid or office role at some point.


  • Month-end journal entries, financial reporting
  • Outgoing invoice creation and transaction management in SaaSoptics
  • Managing all employee expense reimbursements, via Expensify and corporate credit card
  • Handling all incoming invoices and payment through our payment system, Avid
  • Various ad hoc accounting, finance, and operation tasks as required



  • A 4-year degree in accounting
  • 2-4 years experience working in small businesses
  • Desire to learn and expand skill set - including financial analysis and financial operations
  • Ability to problem solve and tackle non-binary tasks
